03 Security
Officers we trained ourselves.
Most companies buy training from one vendor and officers from another. Our officers came through our own classes.
The officers on your site were trained by us, to our written standard, and they are supervised by people who came up the same way.
Coverage comes from the site assessment. Rotation, relief and post hours are planned before anyone quotes you a headcount.

Questions we get
Are your officers licensed?
Yes. Armed and unarmed officers work under CTS’s Nevada PILB license, #4622, and every officer carries a current PILB work card.
Are they employees or contractors?
Our security officers are W-2 employees of CTS, background checked before their first assignment.
Who trains them?
We do. Officers go through CTS post orientation, de-escalation and report writing before their first post, and armed officers qualify on our firearms standard.
