04 Event Management
Command for the whole event.
Big events usually go wrong in the handoffs: venue to vendor, day one to day two, the gate to whoever can actually make a decision.
We run incident command across the whole event from a written emergency action plan, worked out with police, fire and the venue before the gates open.
Extra officers come from a bench we trained and vetted. When it is over, you get an after-action report you can use to plan next year.

It starts with a phone call.
