Engaged as independent contractors, classified by qualification and experience.

Security officers need
- A current PILB work card, armed or unarmed to match the post.
- A background check before first assignment.
- Employment with CTS as a W-2 employee, on a signed agreement that includes confidentiality terms.
- IRS Form W-4 and a direct deposit authorization, so payroll runs through our system.
- The CTS uniform and appearance standard, acknowledged and met on every post.
