What we collect

Only what you submit through the contact form. There is no account, no newsletter, and no other place on this site that asks you for anything.

• Your name and email address, which the form requires.
• Your organization and phone number, if you choose to give them.
• The line of work you selected, and the message you wrote.

Your IP address is seen by our host when your browser requests a page, and the contact form uses it briefly, in memory, to stop one sender flooding the form. It is not written to a database and does not persist. When you submit the form we send one acknowledgement to the address you gave, so that you have our details. It is a reply, not a subscription, and nothing follows it.

What we do not do

• No cookies are set for analytics, advertising, or to follow you between visits.
• The only cookie is the one the bot check places on pages that carry the contact form. It is there to tell a person from a script, is read by nobody else, and does not track you.
• No analytics, advertising, or behavioural tracking of any kind.
• No third party collects information about your activity over time or across other websites through this site.
• We do not sell covered information, and never have.

What your browser stores

Two small items are kept by your own browser so the site works as you expect: one remembers where you were in an interactive panel, the other carries the line of work you picked into the contact form so you do not have to select it twice. Both stay on your device, are readable only by this site, and are cleared when you clear your browser data. Neither is a cookie and neither identifies you.

Who else handles it

Three categories of third party are involved in running this site. None of them receives your enquiry for their own purposes.

• Our hosting provider, which serves the pages and sees the ordinary request information any web server sees.
• Our email delivery provider, which carries your enquiry to us.
• A web font provider, which serves the typefaces and therefore receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
• Cloudflare, whose Turnstile bot check runs on the pages carrying the contact form. It receives your IP address and signals about the browser session in order to tell a person from a script. Cloudflare states it does not use this to build an advertising profile of you.

Seeing or changing what you sent

Write to us at the address below and we will tell you what we hold from your enquiry, correct it, or delete it. We will not ask you to prove anything beyond enough to show the enquiry was yours.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice materially, we will post the revised version here and move the effective date below. Enquiries already sent to us stay governed by the notice that was in force when you sent them.
